There is no way in DCPS to change or choose particular elements of the 
LIST dataype such as line numbers or page headings.  It's all or 
nothing, but maybe someone Out There has something for you.  Otherwise, 
you could write a PostScript module containing just the code for 
graybars and include that in your print job via /FORM or /SETUP.
