[Info-vax] Does anyone know how to connect a NAS system to OVMS??

not sure if you meant to put a period after 7.3, but if you did... I am 
running 7.3-2 and SAMBA and

Directory SYS$SYSDEVICE:[SAMBA.BIN.ALPHA]
SMBCLIENT.EXE;1

and have connected/read/written data to a "windows share" and it may 
have been this utility I used rather than anything from AdvServer.  It 
WAS a long time ago (10+years)...

Stack/version was in reference to NFS not smb.  TCPIP Services has NFS 
client AND  Server.

Yes they are a pain, but they are also a pain in *N{U,I}X.

I have connected my VMS box to the Netgear 1-4TB NAS appliance via NFS. 
Really nice.
