[Info-vax] Need some special help changing the system password

Because I don't have any Unix machine up and running
at home right now ... I do have a vaxstation 4000/60
with OpenVMS 7.2, though.  It would just be more convenient
to be able to log to the GUI VS2000 from my XP laptop.

Or I can take the vs2000 to work, where I do have a variety
of UX'es available.
