Check out http://www.dynaccess.de/ or http://www.dynaccess.com/ .  Among 
many other services, you can send email out through their server, and 
thus avoid the problems associated with sending email from a dynamic IP 
address (there's no technical problem, of course, just that many people 
have to block them since otherwise they get too much spam).
