Yes, but in his usual fashion he was apparently trying to intimate that
this is not the case on his side of the border. He is, of course, wrong
as usual.
As an interesting side note, if things are so good in Canada and so bad
down here why does half of Canada's population spend half the year down
here? Am I the only one in this country who thinks there is just as
much a need to control the northern border as the southern one to stop
all those freeloaders from using our resources while paying no taxes
at all?
