[Info-vax] PEA0: Errors

Switches don't have to be an issue. PE errors are also logged in the
errorlog, take a look there.

And if someone brings up a cluster on the same lan with the same goup
number as your cluster, but with a different password then PE errors will
start to count. But that's clearly seen in the errorlog.
