Those look clean enough, drops and collisions I would ignore. It's the
counters that are all 0 here I would worry about. Any of the other
cluster members showing significant numbers there, like the one(s)
the switch log calls out, for example?

It just means that there are bursts of traffic that the switch port can't
forward. That's not unexpected where you have some 10Mbit/s
systems, although it does make them somewhat vulnerable to a
DoS attack (whether intentional or otherwise).
