If you have set AUTO_DLIGHT_SAV=1, OpenVMS will schedule a TQE in the
context of the JOB_CONTROL process to run at the desginated time for
daylight-switch and execute
SYS$MANAGER:JBC$DST_COMMAND.COM.

You can check the correct time of the TQE with:

$ ANAL/SYS
SDA> SET PROC JOB_CONTROL
SDA> SHOW PROC/TQE

If you're using DECnet-Plus, DTSS will be used to change the time (MC
NCL SHOW DTSS ALL).
