I don't use Oracle Classic, so couldn't tell you about stuff that's in the
database itself.  However, as far as I can tell, the OCI interface and 
OCI SQL services allow Rdb to take advantage of much of the stuff in the 
constellation _around_ Oracle Classic - development tools, applications, etc,
so that it gets the benefit of some of those things.
