You can download the Language Reference and User Guide from our site.
Also, Eberhard Sturm has just translated his german language version
into english, I edited one of the chapters.
"The new PL/I"
has been published. You can order it directly from publisher

We have added a feature to the compiler which will translate
PL/I declarations to Java classes.
It is available for hobbyists. Runs on VAX and Alpha, image
translator available for Itanium.
