[Info-vax] Keyboard with trackpad on OpenVMS 8.3-1H1 ZX6000

Until you get V8.4 you can only have one KB and one mouse.   Unplug the HP 
mouse, and make sure there isn't any strange mouse devices in UCM...

UCM SHOW DEV/PERM

If you see anything except the template MOU0 - then delete it (ucm delete 
device mou1)

Reboot with the trackpad connected and see if it works.  Most of these 
devices in their default modes look like standard mice.

In V8.4 you can have multiple mice/kb devices connected at the same time.
