[Info-vax] email forwarding

I've been experimenting with various methods of email forwarding,
including combinations of methods, with

HP TCP/IP Services for OpenVMS Alpha Version V5.4 - ECO 7
  on a DEC 3000 - M600 running OpenVMS V7.3-2

Before I discuss a) the various combinations and b) whether they work
and what side effects (bugs or features) they have, I would like to make
sure I haven't overlooked any forwarding methods. Can anyone add to
this list?

>From the account whose mail should be forwarded:

MAIL> SET FORWARD <address to be forwarded to>

>From a priviledged account:

   MAIL> SET FORWARD/USER=foobar <address to be forwarded to>

where foobar doesn't have to correspond to an account or even be a valid
VMS username. The address to be forwarded to could also be a logical
name.

$  DEFINE/SYSTEM FOO BAR

This will forward email sent to FOO to BAR. Bar can be a remote address
on a non-VMS machine, a local VMS username, whatever.

In TCPIP$SMTP_COMMON, set up a distribution list called, say, test.dis.
Email from the outside world sent to test at a.b.c will get forwarded to
all entries on this list.

Are there any other possibilities?
