I don't think I've ever heard of a 5.25" USB floppy drive.  In any
case, assuming you had one, you'd need to then find a USB driver for
MS-DOS.  I didn't know there were such drivers but a quick search
found that indeed there are.  However, I'd be surprised to find that
RX50DRVR.SYS would work with them, since they seem to be implemented
as ASPI devices.

And, I can't say whether the drivers would work on WinXP.  I'd guess
not because XP is not a DOS based operating system, unlike Windows ME,
98 and other previous versions of Window based on the NT kernel..
