The reality here is that AvailMan works just fine on Windows. I found
it rather slow on VMS so, when I need to run it, I run it on a PC.
My biggest gripe with it is that the license is rolled in on Alpha but
it isn't on Integrity. £500 per core on an rx2660 or £750 per core on
an rx6600 makes it a difficult thing to sell to a client.
