My rx2600 (the one I am using to reply to this) included the trays in 
the driver 0 and 1 slots.

I bought a drive in a tray for about $150 73GB 10k, before I received 
the system and saw the trays.  :-(

Now I can buy a plain Ultra320 disk and mount it in my trays.
