I don't think he meant that type of milk truck.

I see milk tanker trucks driving down the freeway
reasonably often.  They look similar to gasoline
tank trucks, but are usually shinier.

I have seen a flour tank truck attached by a hose
to a bread factory.  I hadn't thought that you could
get flour to go through a hose before I saw that one.
The truck looks about like a milk tanker.
