Can anyone please tell me what has happened to IPSec? The early adopters kit
has been out for years! Has it been released in a VMS patch just because 8.4
has slipped out so far?

Is Matt Muggeridge still at HP? Have they hit a showstopper of a bug
demanding a complete re-write?

Is this disaster yet another amazing decree from the desk of Baldrick
MacQuaid? The code is there; it's done; just ship it!
