Have you got the executable file 'MICRO2.EXE' or the BLISS source code
for it?
If so you could run it on the simh VAX780 simulator as long as you
need/want.
In case you should need an older version of VMS (pre V5) for this
purpose, contact me offline.
Obtaining a suitable BLISS compiler might still be an issue.
