The PHYSICALPAGES for you 8meg should read 16384 (2048*8). Like so
many other post had stated 8megs should
let you boot and run 7.3. What are you using for your boot disk? This
might sound strange, but maybe you could
borrow a already install copy of 7.3 and see if you could boot.
