I haven't actually tested this, but sending a letter to
Eisner-request at Arnold.COM with

  SUBSCRIBE Eisner [optional different email address]

in the body (no subject necessary) should do it.  If your user agent
appends a signature, then do this -

  SUBSCRIBE Eisner [...]
  END

to prevent it from being taken as commands.

You will get a confirmation reply; you must confirm to subscribe.

That said, Eisner is currently up and reachable at <67.53.90.116>,
although work on it is still in progress.
