What can we say?

HP is no prioritizing such things.

So if PHP 5 (or 6 in the future) is a requirement, then
Linux/x86-64 looks as the way to go for web.

Would they be interested in Python?

Python for VMS seems to be less behind than PHP on VMS (even
though I do not see 2.6 and 3.0 on the web site).

But then they are not being maintained by HP.
