[Info-vax] retained on error with LPD print queue

* are you over your disk quota? $ SHOW QUOTA
* is one of your disks (nearly) full? $ SHO DEV D
* has one of your disks reached its maximum file limit $ DIR /GRA
* has the ;32767 limit been reached somewhere ? $DFU

These are but a few reasons for a file create to fail.
