Nop. She will get the US Government to merge with the Chinese
governmnent which will result in huge savings due to economies of scale.

The chinese government has the infrastruture to handle a few billion
people, so it will have no problem adding a couple hundred million
records to its various systems.

And by merging with China, The USA will eliminate a serious competitor,
and be able to use all the cash that the Chinese governmnet took from
americans who shop at Wallmart to pay back the US govt's debts. A
Win-win situation.
