Yes, I noted this in the past already.
BUT I still can't simply accept it.
One can't be sure, that the kits one have are the current ones.
It depends on the time having downloaded them.
The content may be the same (except for the release notes)
but who can be sure (if not being lucky and downloaded both versions)?
"The usual reason" sounds frightening.
Are there other reasons as well?
What could they be (and what would be their explanation afterwards)?
Why not simply increasing the minor version number for a repackaged kit???
