[Info-vax] From HP ftp site: DEC-AXPVMS-DWMOTIF_ECO05, Period: do not install?

Have some Alpha's running V8.3 and have already got DECWindows ECO
patch 2 and then ECO patch 5 installed. These were installed 28-
Jul-2009.

I'm looking at the recent ECO patches for V8.3A and see that the
DECWindows ECO patch 5 has a leading period from the HP ftp site
(ftp://ftp.itrc.hp.com/openvms_patches/alpha/V8.3)

Why?

Should I downgrade the patch level using DEC-AXPVMS-DWMOTIF_ECO04 ?
