You will need to forgive me this week. Last Thursday (Oct 29) I
presented H1N1 symptoms and have been banished to my house until
Monday (Nov-9). I was totally out of commission for 2-days and it took
another 3-days before I stopped presenting symptoms. I'm still
sleeping way too long each night.

During this time, some UNIX heads were sending me questions regarding
"Dave Cutler, Prism, Emerald, Mica" on my OpenVMS page so I decided to
continue my research to find out what really happened. That's when I
