The 2.6, 6.0, and 10.0 are three different forms of DLT-III,
the 20.0 is DLT-IV. The DLT-IIIXL tapes are 1.5 times as long,
so will hold 1.5 times the data. (And usually somewhat cheaper
than DLT-IV tapes.)
