Seems that the Lights-out management stuff used by Apple is some Intel
technology (IPMI, Intelligent Platform Management Interface.


Does anyone know if this would be common/compatible with what is on the
Itanium machines ? Would this mean that Apple's GUI management clients
could be used to manage IA64 based machines with the ethernet management
option ?
