Message compiler, SDL, a rogue variant of Macro-64 that is only used with
/PREPROCESS_ONLY to build symbol vectors that should be rewritten into awk
or perl if you ask me, and SET COMMAND/OBJECT.
Pieces of the Pascal RTL are written in Pascal; pieces of the Fortran RTL
written in Fortran; pieces of the C++ RTL written in C++. But no Pascal,
Fortran, or C++ is in the OS so there is no bringup dependency.
No PL/1 remaining.
