Create a new VMS instance on the emulator with 2 disks. One temporary
boot drive, and one with equal disk capacity to the DS10L. Cluster the
two with the emulator booted from the temporary disk. Then use
BACKUP/IMAGE to copy the DS10L disk to the emulated instance.
Reconfigure the emulated instance to boot from the image of the DS10L
and voila.
NFS can't be used because of VMS's limitations (2gig limit).
