[Info-vax] check date against an given age

The string JJ/MM/AA is not used in English.  Would you please be so kind 
as to spell it out?  Is it supposed to be Day/Month/Year?  We would 
abbreviate that as DD/MM/YY or, more rarely DAMOY.
