MIPS Ultrix was the first target for the GEM backend. Fortran used GEM. C
and Pascal used the MIPS techology. We had a working DEC Pascal
frontend/GEM backend on MIPS Ultrix as well but we never sold it since we
already had a MIPS-based Pascal on the platform.
