As to 3:d party software:
We use the usual C/C++/MMS/LSE/RDB development software from HP/
Oracle.
Aditionally we use GAWK, Make, Emacs, Doxygen, jsvn (Java based
Subversionclient). There is also PERFDAT that looks at the disks.
Disks are SAN disks.
