   dump/header/block=start:0/identifier=(xxxx,yy,z) device:/page

   I believe this requires read access to the index file. You will get 
   the file owner uic and the backlink file ID, which is the FID of the 
   directory where the file is entered.  If there are aliases in other 
   directories, the backlink will be for the primary entry.  You also
   get the primary file name, not names used by aliases.
