That was my point.  Folks here in this newsgroup (and in so-called 
authoritative books) hold Cutler as the sole-father of VMS.  There were many 
more cooks in the kitchen.  Give Cutler his credit, but please, he's only 
human (although I've heard folks say otherwise)
