Perhaps two updates to RSX.  I'm pretty sure that M+ V4.5 was from 
Mentec.  V4.6 certainly was.

I'm not sure whether you consider it "new" or not, but back in 2003 
(or earlier?) they sold the M11 processor board.  At 
<http://web.archive.org/web/20031128165506/www.mentec-inc.com/m11specs.htm> 
it says "PDP-11 instructions are implemented by a microprogrammed 
subsystem based on the TI 8832 ALU and the TI 8818A microsequencer."
