I suppose with

ANALYZE/CRASH  SYS$SYSTEM:SYSDUMP.DMP   (use your own dumpfile name/
location)

SDA> SHOW CRASH


And check to see if your video card is fimrly seated and has the screw
holding it in; rocking the cable may have flexed the card out of the
PCI socket.  Hopefully it didn't cause real damage.
