The TUN/TAP solution under WinXP is even easier to set up than under Linux.
Just grab the OpenVPN kit from www.openvpn.org and install just the TAP-Win32
Adapter.
Then you can configure a second network card into SIMH that uses it, and two
IP addresses (on the Windows and the VMS side) on a private LAN to talk to each
other.
