VMS comes with X-windows Motif. There are 2 "desktops" available, the
CDE (alpha and itanium) as well as the orginal Decwindows one which is
also based on Motif but with a much simpler desktop. This is available
on all 3 platforms and is generally used by most.

There has been ports of GTK but it doesn.t come with VMS and is
generally built into an application (such as Mozilla web browser)
instead of being in  standard library accessible to any application.
