[Info-vax] Any issues upgrading 7.1 to 7.3?

Not that I can recall.  However, prudence dictates that you should make
a system image of the V7.1 system before applying the V7.3 update.  You
can then, after upgrading, assess whether or not the upgrade has affect-
ed your environment.  If it has, either figure out how to resolve any of
the issues or revert back to your V7.1 system via the backup image until
you can resolve said issues.
