JF - Your continual pronouncements of the "impending death of VMS"
over the last who-knows-how-many years (it feels like decades) reminds
me of this:

It also reminds me of the Port Authority of NY and NJ telling us for
literally YEARS about the new cars on the way for the PATH (Port
Authority Trans-Hudson -- light rail across the Hudson river). Finally
we're seeing a trickle of new cars coming out over the last 6 months.
I've ridden on them perhaps 3 or 4 times since and I'm a daily
commuter. It was probably the same train each time!
