I got the impression somehow that the licensing was supposed to be
"per core" and not "per virtual core", and it shouldn't make any
difference to the licenses if you have hyperthreading turned on or off.
Either I was misled, or there's something wrong with your licenses.
Or there may have been an LMF patch that affected this.
