This worked for me on rx2600 something... didnt understand the "help"
either, but:
"On rx2600, zx6000, zx2000 and such, you'll use some combination of
the Ctrl/B and the Ctrl/E chord followed by the characters c and f —
Ctrl/E cf , with no spaces — on the console. These are usually enough
to get the attention of the console. From there, get to the console
menu, and select CO console option.
Serial console access to the baseboard management console (bmc) and
the cli> prompt can be toggled with Esc-Shift-Q and Esc Shift-9; with
Esc and capital Q and Esc ( characters. Use the com1 console serial
port."
