[Info-vax] Oracle RDB runtime availability

I hope there still is a RDB specialist in this group.

I know that RDB is now part of the wonderful Oracle family. But does
anybody know if the latest RDB 7.2 for Itanium RUNTIME alone is
available as a product? To get the runtime only installed, does one
need to purchase the big database product at a big price? Other
options to have the runtime legally installed?
