er, I still have my copy of DECwite for Windows. (um, so that is where a 
certain software company got the idea), and, crucially, DECDOCUMENT v3.3h 
working on my Alpha (and VAX vm on my laptop). DECDOCUMENT was marvellous 
for batch document production.
