And 10,000 businesses are going to buy a new and inferior database 
package at great expense, install it, and use it, just to satisfy EU 
rules??  I think not!

And I think I forgot the cost of converting their data to a form 
acceptable to the new database.  I've been through similar exercises. 
They were not simple nor inexpensive nor quick!
