[Info-vax] DECwindows: keep a window always on top?

Can this be done in DCL? Raising the window to the top every second or
so would be good enough. The window I want to keep on top is running a
self-written never-ending application. It's mainly DCL, but it would be
easy to run a program from it if that can achieve my goal, though DCL
would be more elegant.
