It's history. The prior and now the present administrations have taken
the bill of rights, torn it into strips and used it to wipe their asses
with it like it was common toilet tissue.
As for freedom of speech in the people's republic of New Jermany, it's
been outlawed for several decades. I can cite several liesuits if you
are interested in reading them. Suits that are SO unconscionable you'd
think that they were filed in Stalinist Russia and not in the proNJ, a
subsidiary of the USSA.
