[Info-vax] MicroVAX/VMS newbie, couple of questions

I don't believe that DEC provided such a thing with VMS V3.7 thru 
V5.5-2.  The web, in those days, was nowhere near as important as it is 
today.  I don't think the CMU package provided one either.  I might be 
wrong about that, I couldn't have used it if it had existed.

There might be some hope of a third party product though I know of none!
There might be freeware but again, I know of none.
