Mentec USA is very very dead.  The parent company in Ireland has been acquired
by a company that has no notion whatsoever of PDP-11 software.

I have learned this first hand while trying to line up licenses for RSX-11M,
RT-11, and RSTS/E for some of the PDP-11 systems in our museum collection.
